We are seeking a seasoned, partner-level professional to join our team as a Growth Partner. This unique role is designed for an individual with an extensive network and deep industry expertise. A Growth Partner's primary mission is to help our portfolio companies accelerate their growth by unlocking new opportunities and opening doors that would otherwise remain closed. You will be a vital conduit between our founders and the broader market, helping them scale from a brilliant idea to a market-defining force.
Who We're Looking For:
An accomplished leader with a broad and high-impact network of industry contacts, potential customers, and strategic partners.
Someone with a rare combination of strategic foresight and a hands-on, deal-making mentality.
Expertise honed from years of experience in business development, sales, or as a founder yourself, with a deep understanding of a specific, high-growth sector.
A natural relationship builder and a relentless advocate for the companies you support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Helping our founders forge strategic partnerships and secure early customer acquisition deals.
Leveraging your network to make high-impact introductions to potential customers, partners, and talent, effectively shortening sales cycles and accelerating market entry.
Acting as a brand ambassador for Optima Ventures, participating in key industry events and thought leadership discussions.
Assisting in both fund-level business development and deal sourcing.
