This is not a traditional venture capital role. We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on operator to join our team as the Director of Portfolio Operations. This is a critical leadership position designed for an individual who has not only built and scaled companies but is passionate about helping others do the same. This role is a direct extension of our hands-on philosophy and is centered on driving tangible value within our portfolio. You will be embedded with our founders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner, helping them navigate the operational complexities of hyper-growth.

• Someone with an innate ability to analyze a business from the inside out, identify bottlenecks, and build scalable processes.

• Expertise spanning a variety of areas—from go-to-market strategy and sales operations to talent management and financial modeling.

• A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the success of the founders they support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for our portfolio companies on all operational matters.

• Working directly with executive teams to refine and execute their value creation plans.

• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and helping companies build the systems to track them.

• Providing real-time counsel on everything from a complex hiring decision to a major product pivot.

• Facilitating knowledge sharing across our portfolio, connecting founders with one another to foster a community of shared learning and best practices.
